Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you request service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service category, and requested work type. You may also provide a description and upload photos after submitting your request.

Request records include a request number, submission time, the page from which you submitted, and a record of your agreement to be contacted. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals, such as your IP address, browser information, and the website origin, for security verification.

How we use information

We use your information to understand the work you need, process your request, send a confirmation, and contact you by phone, text, or email about that request. Security verification helps protect the form from spam and automated submissions.

Optional descriptions and photos

Descriptions and photos are associated with your service request to help us assess the work. Photos are stored in private storage, and the business receives temporary viewing links by email. Uploading a photo does not automatically publish it in the website’s Portfolio.

Please share only material relevant to the work and avoid including sensitive personal information or information about others unnecessarily.
